High-speed fully automatic pillow packaging machine

This fully automated packaging machine is suitable for individual packaging of materials, multi-piece candies, lollipops, and similar products. Machine principle: The film is folded into a cylindrical shape by the forming device, wrapping the conveyed material (such as food or daily necessities); the longitudinal sealing mechanism heat-seals the sides of the film, forming a continuous "pillow-shaped" packaging prototype; the transverse sealing mechanism heat-seals the gaps between the materials and simultaneously cuts them into individual packages; the entire process is powered by a motor and conveyor belt, with sensors and a control system coordinating the synchronous operation of each component to achieve integrated packaging of automatic feeding, bag making, sealing, and cutting. Packaging speed: Estimated 100-800 bags/minute (subject to actual material testing).
