1. Standard Orders: As this is a pre-order item, it will be shipped within 15 business days after processing is complete.
2. Custom / Pre-orders: Estimated shipping time is 15–30 business days; please refer to the specific details listed on the product page for exact timelines.
3. Holiday Adjustments: During U.S. public holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.), order processing and shipping times may be extended by 1–3 business days. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

II. International Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage: We currently support shipping to the continental United States. The specific shipping coverage area is subject to the options displayed on the Shopify checkout page.
2. Shipping Cost Calculation: International shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order, and are displayed on the checkout page.
3. Estimated Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on the speed of customs clearance at the destination.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes:
1. International orders may incur import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. 
2. HS Code for US Mahjong Products: 9504.90.6000 (Table games and similar recreational items). We recommend retaining this code for use during customs clearance. 
3. For packages with an order value exceeding $200, detailed product composition and country-of-origin information must be provided; we will assist in furnishing the necessary documentation.
IV. Professional Packaging Standards for Mahjong Products (Special Note)
To ensure the safe arrival of our mahjong products, we employ a three-tier protective packaging system, treating different components—such as tiles, dice, and mats—separately:
1. Mahjong Tiles: Individually wrapped in specialized shock-absorbing bags to prevent collision damage and abrasion during transit.
2. Fragile Accessories (Dice, Scorekeepers, etc.): Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in separate small boxes, with extra reinforced protection applied to the corners.
3. Overall Packaging: Housed in a 5-layer corrugated cardboard box with internal foam inserts to ensure a snug fit and eliminate any internal shifting.
4. External Labeling: Prominent "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" labels are affixed to alert logistics personnel to handle the package with appropriate care.
V. Order Tracking and Inquiry
1. Once your order has been shipped, our system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
2. You may also log in to your account and view the real-time shipping status on the "My Orders" page.
3. Standard Shipping: Utilizes USPS or UPS. Expedited Shipping: Utilizes FedEx Priority Express. International Shipping: Utilizes DHL or UPS International Express. VI. Return and Exchange Shipping Policy
1. Return Period: Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Items must remain in pristine condition with their original packaging intact (including our specialized shock-resistant packaging).
2. Return Conditions:
1. Mahjong tiles must be free of scratches, damage, or signs of use.
2. All accessories must be present (including dice, table mats, instruction manuals, etc.).
3. The original packaging must be intact and in a condition suitable for resale.
3. Return Process:
1. Log in to your account and submit a return request via the "My Orders" section.
2. Once your request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic U.S. orders).
3. Please package the items securely (we recommend using the original packaging), affix the return label, and ship the package back to us.
4. Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
1. Quality Issues: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
2. Personal Reasons: For domestic U.S. orders, a return shipping fee will be charged; for international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
VII. Handling of Delays and Exceptions
1. Delivery Delays: In the event of delivery delays caused by force majeure factors—such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs clearance procedures—we will notify you promptly and assist you in tracking the status of your shipment. 2. Lost / Damaged Packages:
1. If you discover that a package is damaged *before* signing for it, please refuse delivery on the spot, take photographs for your records, and contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Once a package has been confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund within 3 business days.
3. All Mahjong products are covered by shipping insurance to ensure that our customers' interests remain fully protected.
