Material Requirements for Compression

Particle Requirements: Particle size range: 12-60 mesh, with good compressibility and flowability;
Synthetic Drug Starch Tablets: Uniform granules, not damp, with fine powder (above 60 mesh) accounting for no more than one-third of the granules;
Traditional Chinese Medicine Granules: Whole extract, semi-extract, and raw starch granules, requiring no dampness and a certain degree of flowability.

Dry Powders: Suitable for direct compression of powders, the compressed powder should have a certain degree of compressibility and flowability.

Compressible Tablet Types: Ordinary round tablets, large tablets, irregularly shaped tablets, specially shaped tablets, single/double-sided engraved tablets, cartoon tablets, etc.
